rules creations failes on EM-64

Description
*this applies only to em64 system with a em64 kernel*
On debian 4.0 with a em64 kernel installed, the creation of rules (seems) to make a oeps with a number. The created rules cannot be applied to iptables because of 'an incorrect value (40)'
(it seems to be a calculation bug somewhere, i didn't test it any further)
